Refund Policy

The Sader Shack will not issue refunds for items purchased from our store.  We will gladly exchange purchased items for another size within 30 days of the original delivery date.  Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.

 

Final sale and discounted items are not eligible to be exchanged.

 

In order to initiate an exchange, send an email to sadershackshop@gmail.com describing the item you are wanting to exchange (include item description and size) and the item you would like to receive (include item description and size).  We will provide you with return instructions.
